COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FROM FROZEN: TO BAKE: Place frozen fillets on a lightly oiled sheet pan. CONVECTION OVEN: Preheat oven to 160°C / 325°F and bake for 11-13 minutes. CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat oven to 190°C / 375°F and bake for 20-22 minutes. NOTE: COOK TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 74°C / 165°F MINIMUM.
