Preparation & Cooking

Thaw 30-60 minutes before using. Do not microwave, as product will become soggy.

Packaging & Storage

Our croissants are packaged in trays and covered with plastic wrap and then inserted into a cardboard case to protect them during shipping and freezing. Keep product frozen at minus 18 C (-0 F) until ready to use. Appearance and quality may suffer if thawed and refrozen.
