"1. Remove pasta from package, drop into boiling salted water. 2. Stir immediately and frequently at a gentle boil for 5 - 6 minutes, or until desired tenderness. Cook to internal temperature of 74ºC (165ºF). 3. Remove pasta from water. Drain excess water. Serve.
Use it as a main dish, best combined with Arrezzio Alfredo sauce, or shoose any of the Arrezzio Pestos or serve it cold as a summer salad with fresh vegetables and spices and a splash of your favorite dressing.
